Returns

Once the product has been purchased, and collected by, or delivered to the customer, returns will not be accepted by SenTronics. As a strict policy, product return or exchange requests will not be accommodated for a customer’s unmatched expectations, or change of mind, unless there is a valid defect with the device, for which warranty can be claimed for.

All the returns should be done within 07 days, and the related invoice/warranty card with contact details must be provided.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be accepted for products that are brought back in the same purchased, and brand-new condition, with all package seals In-Tact and untampered with, within 7 working days. Upon inspection and consideration by the SenTronics, the customer will be allowed to obtain a different product of equal value, or upgrade to a different product paying the difference to SenTronics.

Refunds

Refunds are not applicable. Customer can only Return or Exchange the item as mentioned above.

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 1 day). We will arrange for a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Processing Time

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 14 business days after we receive your returned item.
